Cancellation Policy

Please it's very important to understand that upon entering this booking and after getting into an agreement with ALEKREATIONS, your special day will be reserved, and the Event Decorator will start committing time and resources to this event. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply. If Client requests cancellation of the agreement 30 days or more before the event, Client will receive a full refund. If Client requests cancellation of the agreement 29 days before the event, only (%50) of the deposited amount will be refunded or with an option to reschedule on a later time. If Client requests cancellation of the agreement 7 days before the event, no refund will be made. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
